WhiteHost Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are between WhiteHost and you, the customer. By using our products or services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before purchasing any services.

2. Domain Services

• Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.
• Domains are released only after full payment according to our rates.
• Users must follow rules set by domain authorities; disputes with third parties are the user’s responsibility.
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Only one account per user is allowed; multiple accounts may be canceled.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Protect your account credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Website Migrations

• WhiteHost provides cPanel migration assistance as a courtesy.
• Other control panels are not guaranteed to be supported.

5. User Content

• Users are responsible for all content uploaded, stored, or shared via our services.
• WhiteHost is not liable for user content but may remove content that violates this Agreement.

6. Account Security & System Use

• Ensure scripts or programs installed on your account are secure.
• Unauthorized use or abuse of services may result in suspension, termination, or fees:
  • First notice: No charge; service suspended if unaddressed within 12 hours.
  • Second notice: $5 penalty.
  • Third notice: Account termination.

7. Cancelling Services

Customer Cancellation:

• Shared/cloud hosting: data deleted immediately.

WhiteHost Cancellation:

• Services may be canceled for rule violations or illegal activity.
• No refund in that case.

8. Billing & Payment

• Keep payment info current and pay invoices on time.
• Questions about charges should be addressed with WhiteHost first.

9. Refunds

• Refunds are plan-specific, typically 7 days; your payment will be returned within 7 working days.
• WhiteHost reserves sole discretion over all refunds.
• Refer to our Return/Refund Policy for full details.
• No refund will be given if an account is terminated due to violation of prohibited website categories or materials.

10. Domain Registration & Management

• Domain pricing, registration, transfer, and DNS management follow internal policies and ICANN rules.
• No refunds after registration or transfer.
• Free or promotional domains included with selected plans require renewal after plan expiration.

11. Prohibited Uses & Materials

Prohibited Materials on Website/Servers:

• IRC Scripts and Bots
• IRCD (IRC servers)
• Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers (including Shadowsocks)
• Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
• AutoSurf, PTC, PTS, PPC sites
• IP Scanners
• Bruteforce Programs, Scripts, and Applications
• Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts
• Banner Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
• File Dump and Mirror Scripts (similar to Rapidshare)
• Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
• Escrow and Bank Debentures
• High Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
• Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life or Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM, Pyramid Scheme)
• Sale or distribution of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
• Lottery, Gambling Sites, MUDs, RPGs, PBBGs
• Hacker-focused sites, archives, programs
• Sites promoting illegal activities
• Forums and websites that distribute or link to warez, pirated, illegal content
• Fraudulent Sites (including aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com)
• Push-button mail scripts (permission required)
• Broadcast or Streaming of Live Sporting Events
• Tell A Friend Scripts
• Anonymous or Bulk SMS Gateways
• Bitcoin or Any Virtual Currency Miners
• PayDay Loan Sites

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your account is terminated due to hosting any prohibited content or materials, no refund will be issued, and all data may be deleted.

12. Resource Usage

• Hosting space is for active website and email content only.
• Excessive CPU, RAM, or disk usage may require plan upgrade or service cancellation.

13. Email Policy

• Emails may be flagged as spam; use third-party mail services for bulk mailing.
• Email accounts are for normal communication, not bulk mailing or marketing.
• Misuse may result in suspension of email privileges.

14. Uptime Guarantee

• Excludes planned maintenance, acts of God, or DDoS attacks.

15. Backups & Data Loss

• Backups are retained for 2 days as a courtesy; integrity is not guaranteed.
• Paid backup services are available.

⚠️ IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCY, IF OUR SERVERS ARE AFFECTED AND OUR DATA AS WELL AS OUR CLIENTS’ DATA IS LOST OR REMOVED, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

16. Limitation of Liability

• WhiteHost is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of services or user content.

17. Affiliate Program

• Available for all hostings.
• Manual approval required; 30% commission for eligible sales.
• Minimum payout: $2 USD.
• Promo codes and referral link are the primary tracking method.
• Fraudulent activity may result in account deactivation and forfeiture of payouts.

18. KYC Verification

• All users must complete KYC verification via WhatsApp and Email OTP.
• Ensures security, prevents fraud, and establishes direct user connection.
• Information is stored securely and used solely for verification.

19. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhiteHost, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.
